I purchased a truck from Capital Ford of Raleigh on August 21, 2024, and over 7 months later, they’ve still failed to provide a title. Capital Ford admitted they were unable to obtain the title, yet no resolution has been provided.
Now, they’ve requested I return the truck to their lot so it appears unsold for DMV inspection purposes — instead of taking full responsibility for the issue. This situation has escalated to the point that I’ve filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and have had to retain legal counsel.

Terrible customer service trying to get them to call me back should’ve known not to buy a car in my local vicinity plus they were not negotiate with me at all and made me by $600 warranty that I did not need
Yesterday I purchased my second vehicle from Devon Williams, my family has a history of purchasing from capital ford because of Devon, he makes the purchasing process easy and is ready to answer any questions you have. Worked with Christopher on two occasions. First was a test drive of a truck seen on the lot in May but wasn't ready to purchase yet. Christopher stated up front that for any follow-up, the ball was in my court and he would not be calling to get me to buy. He was as good as his word. When I was ready to buy, the first truck was gone as was the one that I popped in to see but he had another that was of interest. My salesman Devon Williams was wonderful! very knowledgeable and friendly. however my Finance guy was pushy and was harrasing and pressuring my wife. I wanted to walk out. No means no! I would recommend if you need a Ford to go see Devon, he is great. But be prepared to be hassled by finance.
I had a snafu with a Ford truck. To me, the true value of any business and their commitment to customers shows through when a problem occurs with a product or service they offer. I had a problem and I must say Capital Ford stepped up way beyond my expectations to fix my problem. John Blackwell and his team made it a seamless experience for me when I purchased my truck from them this week. I applied online and was able to come in and pickup the vehicle seamlessly. He was very reasonable and made a deal that worked out for both of us. I would highly recommend U.G. and his cohorts. Service is good but car still isnt fixed. What else is thet to say about dealership.
The customer service was fantastic. The process was relatively quick for what it is. Everyone was nice. But the knowledge of the car was lacking. I feel like salesman should know the car he is selling. I didn’t get any real answers to any of my questions. Second, the detailing of the car was not noticeable. I’m not sure what their process is but there was dried dark corn syrup splattered randomly throughout the interior and it had not been vacuumed. If it had, it was thorough. My sales representative, Dan Hill, was most knowledgeable and guided me through the entire purchasing experience and educated me in the operation of our new hybrid Maverick! James, Mike and Anthony were also helpful partners in the purchasing process!
The service was fast and complete. I was promptly informed of any additional issues that were discovered, which is always appreciated. My car is a fusion hybrid, and I was informed that I would have to reschedule another appointment with a different group to service the hybrid battery system

Created by JC who then took me for a look at the vehicles we had a short test drive while he told me about the vehicle. JC walked me through the buying process explaining all of the steps that were part of the process. We agreed terms before the paperwork for the purchase of a new vehicle. The paperwork was handled very well and explained all of my options clearly. Over all I think this is the best vehicle purchasing process ever. 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you guys

Bought a 24’ F250 for work and towing. Bo French’s product knowledge, communication and customer service is 2nd to none. Before, during and after the sale! A very pleasurable buying experience. I had an engine light come on right before a long trip. Capitol Ford fit me in and got all the work done. I was able to travel with confidence and peace. The car was singing!
Blamed my transmission shifting issue on my tires. Quoted me $1,300 for the same tires that my local shop sold me for $800. Claimed that the diameter of the tires was more than 2” difference. When my local shop measured them, they were only 3/16” difference
